Each part is isolated from others, preventing contact and potential scratches or abrasions. So pack each precision part individually with PE bag or MG Tissue Paper at the first step.
Wrap Step
Wrap with EPE foam and bubbles film, and label each package, show the drawing number, part name, order number, and quantity for easy identification.
Packaging
Put several packages with label into cardboard box, use dividers to separate multiple items, preventing contact between parts.
Fill empty spaces
Use packing peanuts, air pillows, or crumpled paper to fill any voids and prevent movement during transit.
