What is CNC Turing?
It is a high precision machining method using computer control technology. CNC turning, also known as computer numerical control turning, is a machining process that utilizes computer control to rotate a workpiece while cutting tools remove material to obtain the desired shape. This method is suitable for manufacturing parts with complex geometrics, such as cylinders, cones and threads

Outer diameter machining
This is the most used machining method in CNC turning process, for the finishing of the beautifying surface and the rough cutting of the target shape at the initial stage of machining. During the outer diameter machining, the cutting tool contacts from the outside of the rotating material, and the chips sometimes wind around the cutting tool, and the tool Angle needs to be adjusted.
Inside diameter machining
During the inside diameter machining, the inside of a material is cut to enlarge the hole created in the material by opening the hole machining. The inner diameter machining needs to lengthen the tool according to the depth of the hole, but the long tool is prone to deviation.
Thread cutting
This is a machining method that produces pitch and can produce both external and internal threads. The use of special thread cutting tools for processing, we often using the “automatic feed function” to maintain a constant speed, so that the pitch is equal.

A: We normally quote based on 2D drawing (.PDF|.JPG |.TIF |.PNG|.DWG), we can also quote the machined parts based on 3D drawing (.IGS | .SLDPRT | .STEP| .STP), and samples from you, you only need advise the material and key dimensions required.
Q3. Can you handle some post machining such as the heat treatment?
A: There are some post-machining services for metal machining parts. Through harden for some carbon steel machined parts, such as quenching, vacuum heat treatment. Caseharden for increasing the surface hardness of the metal parts.
Q4. What kind of surface finish for milled parts could you serve?
A: SYM can provide aluminum machined parts with any colors anodize, Trivalent Chromate Conversion, Nickel plating, Chrome plating, Black oxide, Zinc plating, E-coating, Pint, and Powder coating, etc.
