At SYM precision machining factory, we have 10 set of Wire EDM machine and 4 set of Sinker EDM machine in house. Japanese Sodick wire cutting machine, adopts the new processing with high speed and high precision. You can get tight tolerance 0.003mm for the metal parts with Ra0.2um surface roughness.

Packaging room:
The SYM Packaging Department has 5 packing staff with more than 10 years of experience in packing precision machining parts. They use eco-friendly packaging materials such as: MG Tissue Paper, PE film, PE bags, bubble wrap, pearl cotton, blister boxes, corrugated cartons, plywood boxes, etc. Based on the structure, material, and size of the product, an appropriate and safe packaging solution is selected to ensure that the machined parts are delivered to the customer intact and undamaged.

Warehouse:
At SYM precision machining, we have raw material warehouse and completed product warehouse.
The Raw Material Warehouse is where we store the materials used for production. Materials are carefully separated and stored according to their types. Each material is clearly marked with its type, grade, and specifications to ensure easy identification and prevent mixing.
The Completed Product Warehouse is where the processed parts are stored once machining is complete. We work closely with customers to fulfill entire order quantities and batch process parts according to customer requirements. All products are carefully packaged and labeled to ensure proper identification and minimize handling errors.
